- 1 cup of regular salt
- 1 cup of sea salt
- 1 cup of baking soda
- 15-20 drops of mint essential oil
- 1 teaspoon of green tea oil
The sea salt particles will help you eliminate the dead skin cells while the green tea oil will have an antibacterial effect, protecting your feet from fungi and bacteria. Mint oil has a soothing and relaxing effect on your feet, making this a real spa experience.
